1 How do I pay for my hosting?
An invoice will be sent to you at the start of your next billing cycle or if you would like to prepay simply choose which hosting plan you are on from the store.
2 Acceptable payment methods
We currently accept PayPal. During checkout, Wahmology will take you to PayPal to complete your payment and PayPal will return you to the store afterwards. You do not need a PayPal account.
3 I have just signed up, when will I receive my setup info?
All account activations and domain registrations are performed manually.
We try to activate all sign ups as soon as possible but please allow 24 hours for you setup email to arrive.
4 Do you support general cart questions?
No, all cart questions should be directed to the appropriate cart forum.
5 Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, we will commence a Payment Plan for all projects over the value of $250. Details of your particular plan will be detailed in your Initial Project Brief.
6 Do I need an Index page?
Technically no. Your store can be installed directly to your domain www folder (not catalog or store etc). If Wahmology is installing your store you must tell us if you intend to use an index page BEFORE we begin work.
7 How long does it take before my store will open?
Allow 7-10 days for your store to be "workable" and ready for you to configure the admin side and begin entering your categories and products. Contact us if you require work completed urgently and we may be able to juggle some things to help you. If we are already working on projects there may be a short delay in your start time, contact us if you would like to know exactly when we can start on your project.
8 What kind of store looks can you achieve?
We can create almost any look that you see on the Top List stores. Click here for samples. We are working on our Portfolio and should publish this soon. Please note that we do not create things with "Flash".
